This page is a practical guide to how delivery works. Your rights and our obligations are governed by the Terms of Service, Refund Policy, License Terms and Privacy Policy, which prevail over anything stated here.
The plugin
Alvar Suite is a free download from the download page, no account needed for the file itself. Install it once with the ZXP Installer, open it in After Effects, and sign in with your email. The download page walks through every step.
Your content: delivered inside the plugin
There are no ZIP files to download and nothing to import. Presets, sounds, textures, and bundles are delivered straight into the plugin when you sign in, already organised and searchable. Buy an upgrade and it appears in the same place within moments. A second machine picks it up the next time you switch back to the plugin there.
Instant delivery
One-time purchases and credit top-ups unlock the moment payment completes, and subscriptions activate immediately too (see the Refund Policy for how withdrawals and refunds work). If something you bought has not appeared, switch to the plugin and back (it refreshes on focus), or sign out and in; if it still is not there, contact us.
Extra files on your account page
A few things are files rather than plugin content: project files, setup and render settings, and reference guides, depending on your plan. Those live on your account page under "Your files", ready to re-download whenever you need them. Download links there are generated fresh for you and expire after about an hour, so just reload the page if one goes stale.
Access while your account is open
Content included in a one-time purchase remains available to your account for as long as the account is open, at no further charge to re-download or re-sync it. Should we ever discontinue the Service, we would give not less than forty-five days' notice and a period to save what your purchases include, as set out in clause 10.5 of the Terms of Service. For older purchases from our previous store, contact us if a download link stops working.
Requirements
After Effects 2022 or newer, macOS or Windows, and an internet connection for sign-in, content delivery, and the AI tools. A few premium effects build on third-party plugins, listed on the download page; everything else works without them.
